Accommodation

The local accommodation Pedra Aguda SPA consists of 7 houses, fully equipped, with bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and living room. Access to the accommodation and respective apartments is via a code that will be provided via message. The accommodation has no reception available, so any contact should be made to the available numbers.

Occupying houses:

  • Main House – Roseira Brava: 4 Adults
  • Gardênia House: 2 Adults
  • Sálvia House: 2 adults
  • Alfazema House: 2 adults
  • Rosmaninho House: 2 adults
  • Hortelã House: 2 adults
  • Alecrim House: 2 adults

Check in: from 3pm;
Check out: 11am;

Prices

The prices include the total reservation of the chosen apartment, cleaning, towels, bed linen, kitchen utensils and bath products. The price of the apartments is per night and may vary depending on the time of year.

Booking

Reservations are made via the website subject to availability at the time of booking. Payment is made at the time of booking. The accommodation does not have an ATM.

Conditions

Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Use of the apartment is limited to the number of guests specified in the booking conditions, other outsiders are not allowed in the property unless authorized by the management. Guests are responsible for ensuring that everything is in exactly the same condition as when they arrived. Any photo or video production for publicity, advertising or commercial purposes must always mention/make reference to the Accommodation, duly identifying it. The towels, bathrobes, kitchen utensils and crockery made available to guests in each apartment must be left in the apartment after their stay, failing which the guest will be charged for the missing items. Disclaimer: Pedra Aguda SPA and its owners, directors, managers and employees shall not be liable for any illness, injury or death of persons visiting the properties or for any other incident of any nature involving any client, either during the journey to or from the accommodation. Pedra Aguda SPA cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to private property.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations or changes (subject to availability) up to 3 days before the Check-In date. Cancellations are only effective upon receipt of written notification. To cancel a reservation contact: booking@pedraagudaspa.com Refunds for any of the above changes may take between 5 and 25 days after cancellation, depending on the bank. There is no refund for no-shows, vouchers, flight cancellations, delays or early departures or for any error in the booking process. We reserve the right to modify, alter or replace all or part of our services when reasonably necessary or advisable. Should this occur, we agree to provide the best alternative available.
